Inspectek West, Inc. is a family owned company founded in 1993 by the President, Larry Hay. In the span of these 30+ years, Larry, and his sons Cory,
Brian and Tyler have performed more than 40,000 fee paid inspections. Over the course of those 30+years, Inspectek has always been recognized as one of the premiere inspection companies in the Portland metropolitan area.
Inspectek West, Inc., family owned and operated has five certified Home Inspectors. Cory Hay, the Vice President, has been with Inspectek West, Inc. since 1997.
Brian Hay has been inspecting homes since 2005. Tyler Hay joined the inspection team in 2010. Brandon Hay was the last of the sons to join the family business in 2019 and took over the radon and backflow testing departments.
All have been instrumental in the continuing growth and success of Inspectek West Inc.

If you have a sprinkler system at home, you likely have a backflow preventer. Being that irrigation systems are often buried and exposed to outdoor elements, it is possible for contaminants such as chemicals or waste to find their way into the irrigation lines.
The state of Oregon requires a proof of test for this assembly every year, and we can provide that test and turn in the required paperwork your water municipality to minimize disruption of services.

HOME ENERGY SCORE
YOUR EFFICIENCY
The Home Energy Score is a U.S. Department of Energy method for determining the energy efficiency of a home in comparison to other homes in a region. In 2012, after extensive development and testing the USDOE launched the Home Energy Score Program. It is a low-cost, reliable method for homeowners, buyers, and sellers to understand a home’s energy efficiency. The report requires “minimal” data input from a licensed assessor and models a home’s energy efficiency by using state and national averages to level the field for scoring.
